hello to all, i'm back.......i can't do with out you. i unsubscribed because
the technical language a lot of times was to difficult for me. so, as soon as i
left the problems with my computer started.
i went to a dutch help group to see if they could help me with my problem but
aldo it was in my own language, nobody could help me. now here i am, humble
:))))))) knowing you are the best help group there is.
this is my problem: last week i cleaned-up my computer. disk-clean-up,
reg.cleaner, skandisk and defrag. i think i did something wrong with
reg.cleaner, maybe delete to much??!! dont know. but after i restarted the
computer i got the first sceen saying: push TAB, when i did that there was a
screen saying: USB Legacy Enabled. than it went to the BIOS and there i read:
L1/L2 Cache: 256KB Enabled and further ACPI Support: Enabled. than it says
"push esc. to continue" i do that and i come in DOS where it says: no BOOT disk
found. Insert BOOT disk in A. so i restart the computer and it starts without
any problem to windows and runs fine. now everytime i turn out the computer it
starts like i said before, i turn it of and it restarts well again, sometimes i
have to turn it of and on again for a few times before it goes right to windows.
it turned out to be a long story and also what i did was after i had these
problems, i went back to Reg.Cleaner and put all the files back which i cleaned
on that day but that did not help.
i hope you understand this and thank you in advance for your help.
sylvia.
