-=PCTechTalk=- spybot - uninstall?

I hadn't put the new spybot on here yet. I was going to do it now - it says to
uninstall the older version first.
How do I do that? !!!
I go to add/remove and when I click on change/remove, it opens the program!!!
their web site is over crowded right now apparently. I was trying to find their
forums for help, but I apparently don't have it bookmarked...thought I did!
