with all my computer problems I'm not sure if I missed an answer to this so I apologize if I did - Dolores ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dolores" <inquisitive@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, August 25, 2004 9:59 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- saving attachments in outlook express question I swear that a higher power than me must not want me to have a working computer - my desktop still sits waiting for me to try and figure out how to complete the reformat. In the meantime I'm using my laptop which has XP. Since I switched over to it on Saturday I was having no problem at all when I would open an e-mail and there was more than one attachment that I wanted to save, to right click and choose 'save all'. Then last night WHAM the computer devil attacked! If I try to right click and choose 'save all' I get a message saying "there was an error saving one or more of the attachments. Please check your free disk space and try again" - well I have a 30 gig hard drive on here and only 7 gig is used and I even did a defrag just in case. I think that somehow a setting got changed but I don't know where and I hope someone else does.
