-=PCTechTalk=- problem loading game

 
  My grandson got a game for Christmas ( Lord Of The Rings- Battle For
Middle
Earth if it matters)
We tried to load it on my second computer AMD Athlon XP 2200, 512 MB DDR RAM
. It hangs at 33 percent and won't finish loading. Updated the Direct X to
the newest version and still the same. Loaded it on my Dell and it went
without a hitch, but I don't want him tying up my main squeeze playing games
  Could someone help me figure out the problem with the AMD?
