-=PCTechTalk=- partition magic

My system came very close to crashing saturday morning. I'm surprised I'm still
here. My operating system hard drive was down to 8 kb of free space! hard to
believe, I know. It wouldn't even allow me to delete files in certain locations.
A friend suggested I do a search for any files 1 gb in size to see what they
were. I found 1, and deleted that file directly thru the search window. That
brought me back to life!
anyway - I've put off this combining of my partitions way too long. My son is
burning his files now on the larger drive. I'm going to install partition magic
this week and combine them. As I've NEVER even seen the program before, does
anyone have any advice for me? I plan on installing it on the larger of the 2
partitions. I also have a 3rd partition. The two I'm combining are FAT 32- the
3rd is NTFS. At this point, I plan on leaving the NTFS partition alone.

Someone suggested before that I convert these two to NTFS - should I do that?

I want to do the least threatening thing - as I really don't want to lose my
program files. OH! I also have a Program folder on each drive - both named
Program Files - both with programs installed in them. Will this cause me any
problems?
