for some reason - I didn't change any settings, my outlook express address book has changed 'formats'. It has always listed contacts by 1st name - I had prefaced the names with things like r - before all of my relatives, so they were grouped together. and my neighbors by prf - so they were grouped together. I don't have last names for everyone, so it is all a jumble now. does anyone have any ideas why it has done this? and if there is a way to change it back? Thx!
