-=PCTechTalk=- now I'm really frustrated - IE/firefox

I installed firefox just now.
Guess what????
I still can't see the backgrounds or the buttons on that web 
page!!!
What is going on?
I guess that means it isn't my security settings in IE.
There has to be something on this computer that is blocking 
it.
what else could it possibly be??
