I checked everything I could think of before posting here. I did not JUST
lose the volume I lost all sounds. I had just updated Windows so I thought
that maybe that was the problem. I used Norton Go Back and went back to
the morning of the update and it worked. I have regained sound on my
computer but now I don't have my computer updated with the latest Windows
update. I don't know if I should try again to do the update. Thanks for
the help. Betty in Michigan

I have lost the volume on my computer. I have turned up the volume and
checked the mute button but I cannot get the volume to come on. Any help
is appreciated. Betty in Michigan

Have you checked the obvious? the cables that run from your computer to the
speakers? the connection to your computer? to the speakers? or, that the
power is on on the speakers?
