If I go to this web page, under the larg 'A' there is to be 
letters to download. I am NOT seeing these letters to 
download. There are also free samples on other web pages 
that I cam not able to see. They just aren't there. Does 
anyone have any suggestions for me? I disabled my firewall, 
and I allowed pop ups.
