-=PCTechTalk=- getting OE mail to save to open in OE

I tried to save OE mail to import and when I saved it the file needs to open 
in MS office Excel... which I don't use..it's on my computer but I have to 
pay to open the service and it's nothing I will use...I need to get that 
file to open in OE and I see no catagory in file types to change it 
to....what in OE do I need to get the saved file to open in OE??? There is 
no icon...
