-=PCTechTalk=- fonts??

I just opened my computer and found the fonts had changed. I have no idea 
why but I don't like it..it's a very bold font. How do I change it back. I 
went into OE it SAYS its the one I picked but it doesn't show that way... 
NOne of the fonts elsewhere are what it used to be.
