-=PCTechTalk=- font folder corrupt

Hi,

I recently installed Cookie Wall, and it told me that my font folder is corrupt 
and I have noticed with one of my card programs that it is not showing up right 
with the text. I ran SFC but it didn't come up with anything that was corrupt. 
I would like to get this fixed as I know there must be something wrong with it 
because it won't let me install any fonts. What is the easiest way to do this? 
Can I just put 98SE in and do a install over the top, will that take care of 
the corrupt file?
