-=PCTechTalk=- firefox add on/download manager

I have this download manager add on in firefox and my dialup went offline in 
the middle of a download but it just said it failed after I know it d/l 24 
percent.  I thought this program would pick back up where it left off?  It 
has in the past, is it because I was disconnected but not by my own hand?
