I just started getting this error message a couple of weeks ago:"Your email
message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the message."
(1003,11) or (1003,12)
I can get attachments but I cannot send them. I tried the suggestions at
Symantec but that did not help. I changed a setting in the virus program and
stopped the scanning of outgoing mail (one of the suggestions) No go.
Anyone had a similar experience? Anyone know how to fix it.
I have Windows XP Pro on a custom made computer with an 80 gig harddrive. Have
Norton System Works 2006. I renewed just the virus protection this year. That
was done in June so should not be relevant to this current problem.
I have contacted the server (just now) so he has not had time to respond.
