-=PCTechTalk=- embedded pictures

hi group, my friend has XP and when she sends embedded pictures they don't
come through (they used to).  apparently she has changed a setting
inadvertently and doesn't know how to fix the problem.  I'm still running
W-Me and i know what to look for on ME, but could someone please tell me
where to look to fix the problem for her on her XP machine?  TIA ~Glo
