-=PCTechTalk=- email issue

Hi all,

I have two computers, two email accounts that I get email from on both.  One 
is dial up account, other cable.  How do I set it so I do not receive email 
on both computers from both email accounts.  If I have already opened email 
on one computer, I do not want to open it all over again on the other.

p.s. I use outlook express windows xp on the older computer and vista 
windows email program on the newer one.
