Yesterday I found that the wireless connection had stayed on all night without losing the connection but it would not send or receive mail. When I tried to disconnect it would not. I was able to access my mail with my dialup connection then I shut everything down and tried a soft reboot. Would not work. Tried to just shut down and still it would not. I had a sticky note here that said Alt and F4 would shut down windows but that did not work either. I had to pull the plug from the wall. When I started back up everything ran normally again and the wireless would again sent and receive e-mail. This morning the same thing happened and again I was able to send and receive with dial up but when I attempted to disconnect from dial up the same behavior occurred. Would not disconnect and I was unable to shut down windows until I pulled the plug from the wall. Yesterday I blamed it on the wireless air card but today I am not so sure. Any ideas as to what is going on??
