I guess that Buy.com has become so popular that they think they do not need
humans to read and reply to customers. This is almost as bad as Yahoogroups
customer support...

Their reply to my response:
Hello Davon Baker,
Thank you for contacting Buy.com.
This is in reference to your email regarding the rebate.
This is to inform you that you can place the order for the item and if you
would not be able to download the rebate form, you can send us your Fax number
and we will Fax the rebate form to you.
Please be informed that rebate is a kind of promotion and it may be available
on a particular item. However, since we keep updating our website every 24
hours, the promotions also keep changing. Hence, if rebate is available at the
time of placing the order, it will be honored.
Thank you again for writing to Buy.com.
Sincerely,
Buy.com Rebates Team

My last response:
Three questions...
1. Who is Davon Baker?
2. Why did I go to the trouble of quoting all the error messages to you if
you were going to ignore them?
3. What part of "I do not have a FAX machine" are you having trouble
understanding?
Please re-read my previous message. It is quoted below if you have deleted
it from your system.
