-=PCTechTalk=- annoying dial up login window

can someone tell me how to stop this annoying dialup login from popping up 
while I am at another location with my computer and am on cable here?  I 
have two separate accounts, cox cable and earthlink dialup.  I am connecting 
to cable ok but even after right clicking on the total access icon for 
earthlink at the bottom of my screen and closing it, the annoying pop up 
window pops up wanting me to log in after so much time online.
