-=PCTechTalk=- WinMX (Can't upload)

Hello all,
     I have a problem with WinMX 3.3.  I can download just fine, but don't 
seem to be able to upload.  I always get, "Timed Out (waiting for incoming 
connection)."  Request information on how to fix this so I will be able to 
upload.
