Windows Vista Annoyance Number 5,623,871,089 (KB 983613555987a)
Windows finds an unknown device on your computer
Windows Searches the internet with no luck and offers to search the internet
for a solution to the problem
Windows finds the solution, tells you the problem is the driver for a specific
product and tells you where to go to get the driver.
The annoyance?? Read on.
How does Windows know a specific device driver is needed and tell you where to
go to get it but yet report it as an unknown device and can not find the driver?
Don
