-=PCTechTalk=- Video??

I'm experiencing a little glitchy thing on a computer I took in.  It's a =
Gateway P4 1.8GHz running XP Home.  It has a 64MB nVidia GeForce2 MX400 =
AGP Video Card in it.  Right as Windows is first starting and everything =
is still loading, it does exactly two little picture glitches about 5 =
seconds apart, then all is fine.  The picture kind of flickers like it's =
going off, but it happens very fast and returns to normal.  I created =
another profile, and it does it every time you switch profiles and first =
enter the other profile. =20

Is this probably a video card problem?
