HP computer that has been having the XP dual boot problem.

Finally got around to reinstalling XP to see if that would fix the problem.

Installed OK.

Installed Office and AVG Security Suite OK

On reboot after installing AVG Security Suite I went to eat breakfast. On
return the system had rebooted to Vista. Not XP.

Hmmmmmmmmmm. I thought that XP install would have overwritten the Vista
Boot process or at least modified somehow to boot only to XP. That was
previous results on earlier installs.

I restarted again and the (un)expected dual boot process worked again.. Menu
to select XP or Vista with Vista the default. It is as if the XP install
only repaired the previous install instead of replace it as was expected in
a clean install.
