-=PCTechTalk=- USB attachments stopped working

Long time reader of the digest but never had a answer or a problem until now.  
My Intel Webcam, Lexmark printer, and Bluetooth network (all USB attachments on 
XPHome) stopped working.  I've tried uninstall/re-installing each and nothing 
works.  The USB root hub and VIA Rev 5 USB Host controller show up in Device 
Manager without any errors showing.  I have deleted this to have XP re-install 
them but still the USB attachments don't work.  There appears to be power going 
to the Bluetooth network attachment because it's LED lights up when I plug it 
in.  Everything was working fine about 3 days ago when I had letters being sent 
to the Lexmark USB printer but it couldn't print.  I sent these to my dot 
matrix parellel port printer and the letters printed.
Any suggestions?
