-=PCTechTalk=- Turn Off Computer icon missing

Got an XP Pro machine that is missing the "Turn Off Computer" icon on 
the Start button.  Only the "Log Off" icon is there, so you are forced 
to go through a few extra clicks before being able to finally click the 
turn off computer link on the Log On screen.
