-=PCTechTalk=- Trying to save a "non-savable" Acrobat Doc

Hello all,
I've downloaded a company employment application that can't be saved.
You can only enter your data, print it, then you must exit (save option is not
allowed).
Is there something I can do to remove the "non-savable" setting? And why
would a company make a document like this?
Thanks,
HB
