-=PCTechTalk=- Trouble with USB Please help!

Why do I keep getting the message "lease insert disc into Drive F", when
it IS inserted? The USB drive icon is displayed on the right side of my
task bar, and the only option for that, is to disconnect.

I get the same message from Photoshop Elements (in which I've never had
a previous problem).  I went into My Computer, and got the same message.
Ofcourse the G drive doesn't appear there, if there is nothing inserted in
the drive!

What is going on? I have a huge project I must get done by Sunday, and sure
would appreciate your help.
