-=PCTechTalk=- Strange Behaviour Report

Just tested everything that was giving me fits.  OE and Win Explorer are 
working normal.  My attachment extractor I use with Outlook Express is still 
kinda slow and opens to a white screen with blue title bar for a bit first.  
Looks normal after that.
I suspect its problem is directly related to the number of email folders (a 
dozen or so) and number of emails (up to 1000) with attachments and the size of 
those attachments (up to 1MB in one or more attachments).

Off to work.  I hope someone has some ideas or insight.  I really don't want to 
trek up 27 floors to toss this thing.  :-))
