-=PCTechTalk=- Safe Mode

I tried Don's suggestion to boot into safe mode to see if the problems exist 
there. I replaced the 2nd memory stick and did that.

To my surprise, I did a screen shot in safe mode and it did display on the 
ClipBook. I didn't run it long enough to see if the partially visible 
windows or the phantom windows would happen. The problem with the PrtScn key 
is what alerted me to more serious troubles.

Then restarted normally. Took a screen shot. Same old problem returned.

I am not knowledgeable enough to understand what this tells me about the 
problem.
