Hi y'all,
My ISP has shut down my ability to send mail from Outlook Express, due
to spammers and virus, they claim, and recommended that I set it up
through Gmail. I have avoided that for several reasons, and I'm now
looking into somehow "linking" OE to the webmail server (is it called
that?) my ISP uses. It's called Horde.
Does anybody know if his is possible? I have googled Horde SMTP and
similar, but I don't understand what I'm reading. My ISP has a very
bad rep, and won't answer emails. Why do I not change to a better one,
you may ask? Well, they are the only high-speed available and it's
free for my friend and I - they are using his mountain for their
equpment. We have our own domain name, but it's owned by the ISP. We
do have access to Horde webmail and a website I don't know how to work
on either ;) I am anitra @ studvalleyranch.com.
Thanks in advance, if you have any ideas or questions..
