-=PCTechTalk=- SCR file Help

I know your never supposed to and all; Well My ClamWin and Free AVG said no 
virus and such; and i needed to know so I ran it; a download window pops open 
and I downloaded the PDF that was Supposed to be attached; anyway long story 
short; If no virus programs caught anything what are my chances I would be 
infected and what is a good free Trojan scanner ?? lol
