On the old fashioned PATA drives the data and power connectors were 
relatively hard to connect and disconnect.  This meant they would not 
fall off easily when tinkering in the case.

On the other hand SATA connectors go on very very easy and fall off or 
come loose even easier.  Anybody know a way to make them a bit more 
secure for us tinkerers?
