Hello all,
I'm thinking I might have to reformat my laptop, to correct an
intermittent shutdown problem. Other than copying my data files to disk, what
else do
I need to do?
I would really appreciate some sort of step by step procedure explaining
how to do this. Running WinXP Home. Can anyone help me out with this?
