Welll now...am we a bit thick headed here?? LOL. meaning me of course.
os-operating system--DUHHH.

I had another friend suggest that best bet would be to reformat...IF what I
do the next time doesnt' solve the thing..which I doubt it will. I had to do
that with my old puter when I couldn't get rid of some nasty little popup
that said windows couldn't open something.  Probably some corrupt file. It
gave the number and everyone that responded thinks it has to do with a
worm..so THAT'S what I have been TRYING to go after.
