so - she could restore it from a copy that we sent to her from our computer -

I went to MS and did a search in all of MS for "winhelp.exe" and this is one
of the hits it gave. I have not been keeping up on top of this thread, so
this may be a repeat of some posts.
Error Message:
Unable to show help information.
Explanation:
The file WINHELP.EXE is missing. Or, it failed to initialize due to
insufficient memory.
User Action:
Close some applications and try again. If you still get this message,
restore WINHELP.EXE from a backup copy, or use Setup to reinstall the file.
