THAT is true enough..that happened to me as well even tho it was some time 
back..Probably still effective IF you want to go there. Personally I wouldn't.

Hi Christy, I shouldn't have said anything as I left AOL years ago, Haven't 
heard anything good about it since then either. Yes I did learn that if you 
call and try to delete your account you will get free months almost as long as 
you call each month.
