HI Christy and Chris
I have XP Pro and went to "search" and entered in "dllcache".
Two indications showed up.
1) folder icon labeled "dllcache" in C:\WINDOWS\system32
2) folder icon labeled "DLLCache" (notice the caps) in folder
C:\WiNDOWS\LastGood\System32 (Notice the caps)
My guess if it does not show up under the search for you, it is probably not
there, assuming you have the show hidden file option turned on.
I opened up the "dllcache" folder in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and did not find a
file labeled "winhelp.exe".
I then did a "search" for the "winhelp.exe" file and it found a file labeled
"winhelp.exe" with a yellow question mark icon (believe this means it is not
working for whatever reason) located in C:\WINDOWS. Why the yellow question
mark, I have no idea.
I then opened up "explorer" and went to C:\WINDOWS and there are two files
there both with yellow question marks. One is labeled "winhelp.exe" and the
second one is labeled "winhlp32.exe".
Might want to do a look see on your brothers puter and see what it yields.
Sorry could not be any more help.
Life is what happens in between plans.
