Hi Mike,

I did see one that looked like it was for a vid card but a large file.  I am 
assuming it is for my vid card?

I look at them as see if they represent anything I use on my computer.
I always download the Critical Updates.

There is no point in my installing the 37 language packs that Windows
Updates
suggest for my laptop.

I do download the network card and video card patches.
