it didn't work--trying to replace the password.. It's the 2nd time I have had to dump an email. I built a NEW email but that doesn't take into account ALL the stuff I lost dumping the other one. They made of mess of the last one trying to replace the password. This time you deal with a machine that, not a person. I HATE that. They must be trying to cut costs. Even dealing with a person IF you get one mostly doesn't work..You just better not need human help with this outfit. I wish I had the option of moving to another co. that offers DSL. But there isn't another one I can connect with.
