it didn't work--trying to replace the password.. It's the 2nd time I have
had to dump an email. I built a NEW email but that doesn't take into account
ALL the stuff I lost dumping the other one. They made of mess of the last
one trying to replace the password. This time you deal with a machine that,
not a person. I HATE that. They must be trying to cut costs. Even dealing
with a person IF you get one mostly doesn't work..You just better not need
human help with this outfit. I wish I had the option of moving to another
co. that offers DSL. But there isn't another one I can connect with. It's
either stick this one out or go BACK to dial up...YECK.
