Hi, yes you are probably right.  I have found a way to send him the
zonealarm download that will be easy for him.  The adaware I cannot find an
easy link, it keeps leading to adaware SE which I do not think is the same
thing.  I have an easy link also for spybot.  I need one for spyguard and
for spyblaster if anyone has these, also one for clean up which is a
program I use.  I am setting him up with my tools as they have worked great
for me thus far.
