When I say the bouncing doesn't work, I'm not referring to the false
email addresses, what I am referring to is the fact that bounce feature
didn't work with three major ISPs. That represents a real problem.

And I never said that it didn't stop the "crap" from hitting your Inbox.
What I said was that the percentage was too low for my tastes, when
other options gave me much better results with little effort.

The idea behind sorting out SPAM is to save time, given that MailWasher
requires you to log into your server before you actually download email
and have it sort, and then delete and bounce (if it works with your ISPs
servers mind you), how does that save time?

And from what you said below you like to do it all hands on which
represents even more time spent within MailWasher before you even
actually get your email.

When you say 'It Doesn't Work' , it actually does, or at least it
achieves the object as far as i'm concerned and that is the crap
doesn't hit my inbox..even if you can't bounce a message because a non
valid address was given, you have still blocked it getting into your
inbox. Bouncing back DOES work-I had a huge drop off in the amount of
Spam I was receiving, and that can only be down to bouncing every last
bit of Spam..

As for setting rules up in it, I've never bothered...In fact I prefer
the 'hands on' approach to delete what I want-takes a few seconds, and
any garbage has gone.
