Cristy,
    It's not monitoring your system and can only do its thing when actually 
run.  Running it will produce a highly visible window, so it's not something 
that is used by malware creators.

    Can you run a search for the filename and tell me where it's located? 
That might help determine why and how it got on your hard drive.
