way down and there you see a line saying if you need help with troubleshooting 
than click on 'Support Centre' . There you click on Macromedia Shockwave Player 
for Windows. Than you get the page Macromedia Shockwave Player Support FAQ. Now 
on this page you scroll ALL the way down to the subject: to FIX most Shockwave 
issues and than at #4 you see the possibility for manual install.

| Shockwave and Flash require you to be online during the install, cause that's 
how it download's the full application... which is what I meant in regards to 
if someone actually had it downloaded. On the Macromedia site unfortunately I 
can't find anyway to download it for manual install.
