I have no idea what that program is............it sounds, though, like you're 
describing the home page for a browser..............I can't remember the name 
of 
it.  I loaded it in AZ but don't have it loaded here.  It had blocks and each 
block could be changed to be a quick load for a specific URL/site.  It was 
pretty cool!   Wish I could remember the name of it, I'd load it here.
