    The slideshow may have created other temporary files in there, too. 
Your best bet (and not just for this one situation) is to try and keep your 
temp folders relatively cleaned out so that abandoned temp files are unable 
to interfere with new instances of programs that want to use the same name 
for their temp files.

    In this case, the default location for the temp folder you want to clean 
out is at:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp

    Note that the Local Settings folder is hidden by default, so you will 
need to disable that function before proceeding (Control Panel > Folder 
Options > View tab).  Select the radio button for "Show all hidden files and 
folders" and uncheck the "Hide extensions for known file types" and "Hide 
protected operating system files" check boxes.
