-=PCTechTalk=- Re: twaintec.dll

You're doing steps A and B (for XP), not the second set of A/B.

And, then, yes, you do the unregister, clean registry and remove files.

Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- twaintec.dll

I have this on my PC. Its some kind scumware program. I found directions for
manually removing it (AdAware and Spybot both failed at removing it) but
they are a bit complicated.

Do I need to do A, B, then A, B, again, then follow the unregister, clean, &
remove steps?
I'm a bit leary of trying the manual removal, but I don't want to pay $40
for Pest Patrol, especially since that only buys you updates for 1 yr.

Also, yesterday, same day I found this twaintec on the pc, my Photoshop
developed a problem, rendering it unusable. No other programs on my pc seems
to be affected. Do you think this twaintec could be what messed up
Photoshop?
