HI George,

I am still learning my new sound card and what all it can do.  I did check
something on it for audio cleanup, may have helped a touch but not any other
options on that.  I will look at the free one you suggested.  Thanks..my
problem with my brother's tape is right now it wont even record onto my
computer which I dont understand yet, as it is poor quality but can be
heard.
