I thought 20% meant there was a **space between words** and
that's what browsers filled in -- would the different email
clients be doing the same thing.  And, they can't access the
picture unless it is one long word with the extension.

I replied to him.   BUT..  he says his gifs, jpgs, etc do not
have  "20%" in
the line...so, what I am asking is this:  Anyone here know WHY
this is
happening, and HOW to make it stop?  Thanks in advance...Paula
