good suggestion and I did do the search but since I had done a completely 
clean reformat didn't think I would find anything and I didn't - something 
else is the cause and it's somwhere there is the password.  However I have 
followed all the directions and logically there should be no password but 
when have computers ever been logical as obviously there is one hidden 
somewhere :-(  Dolores
