How does one get it to show?..I have one but in the past I had and lost it 
somehow and the couldn't get it back???

there is a bar ABOVE the bar where START is located..I know it has a name.
How does one bring up that bar? It's the one that shows a web site loading
as well at the working URL..can't remember it's name. I know it can be
hidden or not but I can't remember HOW...???????
